ArcGIS Parcel Fabric Editing #20- Merging Two or More Fabric Points
In this tutorial you will see how to merge multiple fabric points together. But be aware, this only works for points that belong to separate parcels. You cannot merge points that are belonging to the same parcel as this will cause an error since it cannot delete a parcel line segment. For more information visit cloudpointgeo.com/parcelfabric
ArcGIS Parcel Fabric Editing #19 Updating Parcels with Natural Boundaries
In this tutorial, users will learn how to 'fix' a parcel boundary that follows a natural boundary layer such as a lake, river, or stream. This can be difficult to do in the fabric because there is no 'trace' option. This video shows how to create construction lines in a separate line feature class and copy and paste them into a new parcel within the fabric.
