A packed house kicks things off!
We are happy to report that our first showcase in Ohio was a resounding success!
Last week, a band of employees from Cloudpoint teamed up with partners from Esri to bring our Local Government GIS Solutions Showcase to the doorstep of Ohio. Sunny Dublin greeted our travelers for a wonderful day of networking, education, and knowledge exchange.
Bill Steele, Business Development Manager and Showcase Emcee, kicked things off and kept them humming while Cloudpoint’s new Account Manager for our Ohio/Indiana market, Anthony Mourey, was front and center to dive in, help out, and learn how to run a showcase.
The presenters from Cloudpoint and Esri, both stepped up their game to flush out topics like Emergency Response, Capital Planning, and connecting the Field-to-Office with mobile, real-time data collection. Coffee, lunch, networking, and fantastic conversations were shared by everyone involved.
Education and knowledge transfer are always foremost at our Showcases. We love showing what’s possible with GIS, with presentations running the gamut of starting from scratch, to deploying valuable solutions, to modifying and tweaking workflows to meet individual needs and maximize the investment made in the technology.
